Polaris Xpedition Turn Kits have 40-second Auto-Shutoff Feature, utilize the factory taillights for rear indicators and are a true plug-and-play design. These Kits come with authentic Carling Rocker Switches. The hazard feature upgrade will include a separate switch to activate the 4-way flashers. The Horn is automobile-grade and produces a loud sound. Select Horn/Hazard Combo to include a single convenient switch for these popular upgrades. All Corbin Custom Works harnesses are hand-made in North Idaho, USA.

Straight forward installation with good illustrated instructions. Took my time and was able to complete in 4 1/2 hrs including clean up and everything works as intended. Had also bought the lighted license plate bracket and it was good quality as well so definitely would purchase again

This is the second Corbin Custom kit I have purchased. The first was for a Polaris General and now this one for an Expedition. I knew what quality to expect from the first kit and this one did not disappoint. It is VERY good. The headlights are brighter than stock and provide more light overall. The low to high balance is perfect and visibility is great. The integral blinkers in the head
Iights are very bright and superior in every way to the round led plug lights. Fit and finish is exactly the same as the factory headlights. The wiring harness is identical to the factory quality and fit. The mating plugs are identical. I also added the horn kit. Same story with it, fit perfect, wiring is perfect. Horn is nice and loud. I added the license plate mount and light, same story. Fit perfect and wiring was perfect. Last item in the kit was the harness to power the instrument panel blinkers. Again, perfect fit nice harness. The instruction booklet is very nice and step by step accurate. The pictures illustrate the steps and parts clearly. The only change I would recommend, and it is minor, add instructions to remove the top dash panel with the instrument panel blinker harness. I found a video online but it really should be in the kit. This is a first class product. Excellent fit, true plug and play, looks like it came on the vehicle from the factory. I have used several other kits over the years but this is by far the most complete professional quality kit I have found. Well designed, well executed, and a good value.
I have purchased 2 of the headlight replacement turn signal kits from Corbin Custom. The first for a Polaris General XP4 and the second, this week, for a Polaris Expedition XP5 Northstar. This kit is very well designed, the install booklet is well done, good pictures and instructions. The fitup is very good. The quality of the wiring harness is honestly the same as the factory harness. I added the horn kit, instrument panel blinker harness, and the tag bracket and light. All accessories were good quality and fit perfectly. The only thing I would add, and it is minor, is instructions to remove the dash cover panel with the instrument panel blinker harness. There is a video online but would be nice to include in the kit. I have used several other kits over the years on other vehicles, none of them compare to the Corbin Custom kits. The quality, ease of installation, completeness of the kit all make this the right choice. It is not a difficult install but it does take some time to do it right. Well worth the effort. I 100% recommend this kit and would buy again tomorrow if I need another street legal kit. The new light assemblies are brighter and provide better light than the stock lights and the front blinkers look awesome. Can't go wrong with this kit. Not cheap but a VERY good value considering quality and fit.
