Polaris RZR plug-and-play Horn Kits are designed for easy installation and connect to factory wiring posts. *Select models utilize the Polaris Pulse Bar System. All Corbin Custom Works harnesses are meticulously hand-made in North Idaho, USA. Each horn kit includes a model-specific wiring harness with protective covering, an authentic Carling rocker switch, a weatherproof fuse holder, and a loud conical horn.

Polaris RZR horn kits are compatible with 2014+ model years and we have options for each trim level.

Ordering Tips

  • All horn kits need to connect to positive and negative power from the battery. If your model includes a pre-wired busbar, a busbar harness is not required. If your machine does NOT have a pre-wired busbar but has the physical busbar installed, you can specify to add a busbar harness above to simplify installation and powering of the busbar.
  • Polaris RZR Pro XP, Turbo R, Pro S, Pro R, 2021-2024 Trail 900 and 2021-2025 Trail S 900/1000 models do not require a busbar harness as our kit comes pre-wired to be compatible with the Polaris Pulse Bar.

Easy ordering process. Outstanding directions (with pictures as well). Product was ordered on Monday night. Shipped Tuesday morning. This was my first purchase from corbincustomworks.com. Bus bar harness had plenty of length. Easy to route through Rzr. Horn is loud. It was easy to connect as well. I didn't use it, but they even provided a cut out template for the switch.

At first I wasn't going to write a review on this since I'm thinking "it's just a horn", but this kit ended up being better than I anticipated. I had thought about just going to my local auto parts store and grabbing a car horn, wiring, switch, and doing it myself, but I'm glad that I went this route instead. The horn is solid and not some cheapo, the wiring harness is cut perfectly to length, just like my blinker kit was. They provided a template for the horn switch, which helped out a lot, and the horn mounted to the firewall with existing holes that they match the mounting plate up to. Sure, I could have got the different parts together and made something work, but for a few extra bucks I got a professional looking, easy to install horn kit that will surely last.
