Polaris RZR plug-and-play Horn Kits are designed for easy installation and connect to factory wiring posts. *Select models utilize the Polaris Pulse Bar System. All Corbin Custom Works harnesses are meticulously hand-made in North Idaho, USA. Each horn kit includes a model-specific wiring harness with protective covering, an authentic Carling rocker switch, a weatherproof fuse holder, and a loud conical horn.

Polaris RZR horn kits are compatible with 2014+ model years and we have options for each trim level.

Ordering Tips

  • All horn kits need to connect to positive and negative power from the battery. If your model includes a pre-wired busbar, a busbar harness is not required. If your machine does NOT have a pre-wired busbar but has the physical busbar installed, you can specify to add a busbar harness above to simplify installation and powering of the busbar.
  • Polaris RZR Pro XP, Turbo R, Pro S, Pro R, 2021-2024 Trail 900 and 2021-2025 Trail S 900/1000 models do not require a busbar harness as our kit comes pre-wired to be compatible with the Polaris Pulse Bar.
