Our busbar harnesses for Polaris RZR UTVs bring positive and negative power leads from the machine's battery to the front busbar (on applicable machines). Newer model RZRs have the busbar pre-wired from the factory. If yours does not, this fused harness will have your under-hood powered accessories powered up in no time! Pick from either a 12 gauge (30 amp fused) accessory harness or a 12 gauge (non-fused) winch harness. Lengths vary per model and door count; available in 2 and 4 door options.

    Purchased the busbar harness for the rzr. Excellent product, perfect length, and very easy to install, took maybe an hour. The instructions were very good and no questions on what they mean. I liked they have it fused with a 30 AMP so can put a couple acc with it, which a lot of harnesses do not have. Good product and would highly recommend for anyone needing a harness!!

    1st off thank you for the personal E-mail I received from you after the order was placed. The harness was high quality and at a cheap price. It is a lot easier to install then thought. Extra straps were provided and the best thing it arrived in Florida in 2 days. Will tell everyone I know to give Corbins a chance.

    A must have part at an excellent price point. Less than half the cost of the OEM Polaris harness and works perfectly. Highly recommend if installing aftermarket accessories to your machine!
